Return device

During the lifecycle of a Bintel device they might be in need of service. If you get a mail with this kind of deviation, we kindly ask you to return the Bintel device as soon as possible.

How to resolve?​

Here is a summary of the tools you will need together with a step by step guide.

Required tools​

Depending on your mounting solution this might vary. We recommend bringing:

  • Screwdriver
  • Box wrench

Step by step​

  1. Send an email to Bintel support support@bintel.se with the title "Exchange of Bintel Devices". The email needs to contain the following:
  • The ID of all the sensors you intend to send back.
  • To which address we should send the replacement devices

  1. Wait for replacement Devices to arrive

  2. Exchange the old Device with the new Device using Bintel Go or other program assigned for the task.

  3. Send back the old Device to Bintel.
